Worst service ever
I signed in on May 1st but initially I got the package where you receive cancellation notification and book urself. Since such notifications work only if you respond within seconds. So I talked to them and they convinced me to buy auto booking package which was Β£45 on top of Β£20 which I already paid for earlier deal. To date which is more than 2 months I did not receive a single cancellation or auto booking at dates of my choice. I want to ask for a refund but there are no clear means of communication other than email. They will provide excuses that itβs busy bla bla then donβt scam people with that much money if you are unable to help even after 2 months of wait I am so annoyed and frustrated both over the wasted time and money
