Excellent service and good pricing.
I ordered a pair of shoes 👞, I love the material, the quality and the service is super. You should expect to see me again soon based on an awesome service I received. Thank you Bolton, Phuthego
One pair of shoes looks like it has been fitted by other custom numerous times and the 1x shoe does not fit at all, its like it is a number smaller. I have tried to send an email to return these shoes, but the emails comes back - incorrect email addresses used. I have paid alot for there shoes, and now there is no way to returm them. This for me is unacceptable.
I loved the quality of the Bronx Boot I bought.
Tania was extremely helpful and friendly
Size 4 a bit too big. Might fit a size 5 foot, but other than that it is perfect.
The actual ordering and delivering of goods went well. The problems are that when you do contact them via email or whatsapp or Facebook they take for ever to reply if any. I had to resend my queries about 3 times before any reply.
Great shoe an quick delivery.

The two pairs of shoes ordered arrived fairly speedily and are of decent quality.
My challenge is only with the courier. Next time don't use the same courier.

After my first attempt to buy shoes from you guys, you really stepped up with the refund of my first unsuccessful sale and gave me good service the second time around. All in all not a bad experience.
