I bought a pair of shoes online from this company when I received the them I noticed that the right shoe and the left shoe were not the same,the other shoe had a couple of mayor and minor defects that were obvious to see. I asked for a replacement instead of giving me the replacement as they promised,they only fixed the one major defect and shipped their defective shoes back to me.I feel like I was robbed. I'm disgusted with their service. I've been supporting this company since 2022 I've more than 5 pairs of shoes them and this is how they show gratitude.

I’m happy with Bolton Footwear. I ordered on Sunday 1st September and they were delivered on Monday 2nd. I am super happy with their service. It was my first time buying from them and I will definitely order again soon.

I placed an order on the 8th of August for grasshopper shoes. I received them on the 19th of August. Their constant feedback and also the ability to track my order made the waiting bearable. The shoes are perfect and of high quality. My second order is loading.
