Great product! Easy to use and works well for me. I haven’t needed to use the resistance bands just yet because the vibration is strong enough on its own. I always feel refreshed after using it!

Steer clear ordered item 7days ago and hasn't turned up emailed seller with no response scooter no longer needed as it was for a Birthday whats now passed. Would like I refund if I could ever get a response from them
Ordered a scooter a few weeks ago, no update and no product received, have emailed multiple times but no response. Even messaged you directly on FB and LinkedIn and still no response. Please can you return the funds to my account asap. I no longer want the goods, my order is #1168
Ordered a bike and M365 scooter from this company for my young ones. It was delivered promptly and customer service was amazing from James and John. Wonderful build quality and straight-forward to assemble. Both items ride very well as my son explains. Great communication from James and team on building and operating the bikes...satisfied customer, recommended to my colleagues.
AVOID!!! At first when they taken my money they was replying and happy to help.. then they just stopped it took 2 weeks for delivery when they say 3-5 days it got here anyway and i was happy with it until it came to its first charge and the charger got stupidly hot. I did email them and as usuall like alot of people by the looks of it got ignored 20km into the bike the front light has fell off so had to make shift that back on the handlebars keep needing adjustment the hinge on the body of the bike is flimsy and needs to be physically lined up otherwise wont lock properly rear mud guard thin metal pole rubbing on tyres so had to adjust that brakes loud and not far off useless cabling on wires to front handlebars are already coming apart... now the battery they charge £430 or whatever it is and they claim with pedal assistance it will do and average range of 50miles... thats a lie.. if i was you i would definitely shop around i would email these all these faults but after not hearing back from any other email after i paid for the bike i dont see much point.. the bike is cheaply made and overpriced i wish i went elsewhere for the money ive spent... i know their will be a reply to this of sorry for the inconvenience but we are busy blah blah blah its been weeks.. was looking forward to buying this to be ruined by these ordered on the 9th of april didnt get here until close to end of april
I'm reaching out regarding the status of my refund for order #[1114], canceled 8 days ago after been waiting for 18 days. It's been 8 days since the cancellation, and I'm yet to receive the refund. I've also tried contacting them but haven't received a response. So I decided to put another review here to make them answering my emails.

Bought the 365 max 500 watt, had it 3 days and everything was fine, then my power button seems to be stuck, scooter turns on if I put charging lead into it, then when I unplug charger the scooter switches itself on, I can ride it, but it won't switch off, can anyone help me as I luv the scooter
Be careful I Ordered a scooter from them 5 days ago took my money supposed to be 1/3 days delivery dispatched within 24 hours nothing I have messaged them at least 6 times no reply, update I have received a full refund after the bad review so it's not a scam site as I thought just bad seller communication it was not a good experience but was put right in the end
Loving the my M365 pro scooter, Best priced for the value at BODR. Did a-bit of research on which HT-T4 to buy and settled for the pro. Got good speed and keeps up the range, nice and lightweight. Really happy, recommend it 100% Customer service is top. James was very informative. Keep up the great work team!
Was disappointed as they were making to look like you buy a Xiaomi M365 Pro 2. Then you receive a unknown brand HT-T4 Pro? However I have been promised a refund and the listing has now been edited to be much clearer

Son loved the scooter for his birthday! Great customer support from the team to decide which model. Wasn't sure to go for the M365 or G30 but advised for the M365 as its a good entry for him. Amazing experience for him, so can't complain. 👍🏼
