Poor quality of customer service and the staff is incompetent.

Really slow and poor handling by the staff waiting hours more than specified time .Each person needs to wait more than 3 hours . Horrible service with bad customer service staff doesn’t bother to help the disabled or pregnant or those who need most priority .

He was very welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and thought ourside the box for a complicated visa matter (which is never typical with customer service agents). Very polite and helpful, bilingual as well which was a huge help for my mother applying for a visa. Great service center compared with other EU service centers. Quick and efficient.
