Understaffed or unorganized, both ways, modest experience to run this … I’m sure no one tried this experience…
It’s clear that no one tried this experience as a customer earlier to utilize the services of the center, the lack of welcoming, lack of communication and organization is clear, picking up a passport from an empty service counter and number of waiting customers, while employees are walking by without mimimun courtesy to check what customers need, when you realize that the security guy is in charge fully with a modest service attitude and memory based queuing system! Over One hour to collect a passport! P.S the parking and using the counter pen with a tangled wire is a challenge!
