I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience regarding my PCC application. Although I made a mistake in my first application, I followed the instructions given by your staff for the second attempt, including providing my spouse's full name via email as advised. Despite this, my second application was also rejected, causing me to lose money through no fault of my own. I have proof of all communication, and to make matters worse, I was treated disrespectfully by one of your assistants, who used abusive language. I have already contacted the help center with full details and requested a refund for the second payment. I hope this issue is taken seriously and resolved promptly.

I went to submit the request for a duplicate passport. The sevice of Ms. Kusum and Ms. Priya was excellent. They guided me on the documents required and handled all my queries patiently. They were very knowledgeable and supported me very well through the process. Big thanks!

The polite reception granted us at the BLS was great especially by Cynthia.

The service is too slow and they dont even help or have a good costmer service specially the guy who is a supervisor in bls abbasiya He let the other nationAlity guy go first even after we waited for long time . When it was my turn the counter memember was chitchating and make it even more slow please take an action against this.
