Premium doesn't looks like premium. Un necessity of charging 100. But not giving yhe service. Handwritten application are not allowed, no clear instructions given on this. And additionally the charge 15 per application to type and print...

Every thing wrong in bls in kuwait city no respect to our indian customers and severs very slow

Kusum madam iş so sweet she helped us so much in the process. I thik she is the Best person working in this place.

Worst service ,even you take appointment you have to wait for 2 hr or more . They force for premium lounge service by pointing some minor errors .
