I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience regarding my PCC application. Although I made a mistake in my first application, I followed the instructions given by your staff for the second attempt, including providing my spouse's full name via email as advised. Despite this, my second application was also rejected, causing me to lose money through no fault of my own. I have proof of all communication, and to make matters worse, I was treated disrespectfully by one of your assistants, who used abusive language. I have already contacted the help center with full details and requested a refund for the second payment. I hope this issue is taken seriously and resolved promptly.
