I had a wonderful experience working with lady (counter 7) on my wife and son OCI paperwork. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very organized throughout the process. She took the time to explain every detail and made sure all documents were accurate . Her guidance made a complicated process feel much more manageable. I’m truly grateful for her help.

I think nobody is working here, my appointment time was 10:30am and rignt now its 12:30pm and still waiting with the token number. Worst service they need to be responsibile.

Me parece una buena manera de agilizar las demandas ,la de entregar tu petición el vienes para los que tenemos visado superior a 3 años.
