Welcoming and helping behaviour

I found my OCI appointment in Mississauga remarkably quick and efficient. I am very grateful to Alisha for processing my application; she was exceptionally kind in explaining the procedure and all steps involved. I carefully prepared and submitted my application after thorough research, and I did not use premium access. The security personnel upstairs were also pleasant. In and out in 30 minutes. Thanks again to Alisha.

Went to BLS today for surrender passport services. Vaibhavi and Neha were super helpful, knowledgeable, polite. My recommendations goes to Vaibhavi especially she is very knowledgeable, went above and beyond. Excellent service!!

It was my first experience, and it was truly wonderful—easy and quick. The staff there were very cooperative and had excellent manners. I especially want to mention Miss. Maryam Al-Otaibi, who helped me a lot without hesitation or fatigue.
