Muy buena atención de parte de los funcionarios, muy amables y colaboradores.

4 ans que ma ligne a été desservie à BLS, et toujours impossible de réaliser une semaine sans devoir attendre le train des CFF 30 minutes après. Il y a un sérieux problème car en général quand on voit un bus rempli arriver on attend que les gens puissent monter au lieu de partir dès l’arrivée du bus 🙃 Même quand le retard vous est annoncé par la compagnie de bus, vous partez dès son arrivée. Sans oublier l’enfer que c’est en hiver, car les voies sont un petit peu enneigées, le wagon ne peut pas partir… Je commence sérieusement à hésiter d'aller me plaindre pour l'abonnement que je paye, pour ne jamais arriver à l'heure.

Very bad service from som employees. Worst attitude one lady Sunitha, one more lady.. Anil reddy and I noticed that, they are charging extra money for customers..

I had a great experience at BLS, Tangier. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Despite facing some language barriers while communicating in English, they managed it efficiently and ensured we understood the process. Special thanks to Manager Mr. Yassin, and Mr. Issam who went out of his way to help us get the token and clearly explained the required documents, ensuring a smooth filing of our application. Highly recommend their service!
