Blood & Water Reviews

I am so grateful to have found Jake and the Masterclass 2.0. From the moment I saw an ad on FB, I was intrigued. My husband has been suffering with CFS for more than a decade. Illness hit at the prime of our lives and has forever changed us. We have tried EVERYTHING from dozens of different supplement protocols, parasite cleanses, biofilm protocols, bee venom therapy, hydrogen therapy, and many many more. From basic to fringe, we have been willing to at least try it and have spent tens of thousands of dollars. We even tried simply acceptance and that is when the Blood & Water ad landed on my feed. Of course we were skeptical, but as I continued to watch the video on his site, it just made sense to me and fully resonated as truth. Now that we are half way through the content, I can say the course is well worth the price tag and so much more. Jake delivers complex concepts in a way that makes sense and in a way we don't question. No, my husband is not healed yet, but I fully believe in my heart that this mineral balancing is the answer to our prayers. This is not a quick fix, but if you've been mysteriously sick for any length of time you know by now those don't exist. What you do get an extremely thorough program and an opportunity to finally, scientifically, make sense of it all. Yes, it will be a complete lifestyle overhaul. Even for us, people who followed a very healthy, whole foods, unprocessed foods diet, and already doing many of the different lifestyle habits, we found concepts that are brand new to us. We all deserve to live healthy, abundant lives and I am so looking forward to writing an update, saying how this course has healed us. Thank you, Jake! Keep doing what you're doing.

Since working with Jake, I got my life back. Within 7 months, every symptom I had has either disappeared or significantly improved. I'd tried everything else: gut protocols, detoxes, elimination diets, countless supplements, and nothing worked until I rebalanced minerals.  I am incredibly grateful to have found Jake at Blood & Water.

Everything about this experience was great. Jake is there every step of the way to answer any questions you might have. I’ve tried many different supplemental blends and this is the first one I’ve been able to notice a significant improvement in my health. Thank you to Jake for all the amazing help!

I can not explain how thankful I am for Blood and Water! The education, knowledge, and experience that Jake has shared with me has helped my journey that I have been struggling with for over 10 years. Not only do I have more energy, sleep better, and am digesting food well, but I have been able to stop drinking caffeine! I do enjoy decaf coffee, but there are moments when I have had a 5am to 10pm day and didn't have one sip of decaf coffee! Super thankful for Jake and Blood and Water!

Working with Jake. Excellent advice, prompt responses, can highly recommend. Money well spent. Thank you.

I recently completed Jake’s "Blood and Water" Masterclass program, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Jake’s unique and unconventional approach to improving health truly stands out. It’s refreshing to find a program that doesn’t just repeat the same advice you’ve heard a hundred times before. I’ve already started following his protocol, and I feel optimistic about the potential benefits. It’s refreshing to find a program that doesn’t just repeat the same advice you’ve heard a hundred times before. If you’re looking for a fresh perspective on health and wellness, I highly recommend giving "Blood and Water" a try. Jake’s passion and knowledge shine through in every session, and the lessons stick with you long after the masterclass is over.

I've had a chronic health condition for 14 years and have been working with Jake for the past few months. Am I fully healed? No. Am I having more better days than not! since Starting with Jake? Absolutely Yes. Giving Jake a shot is without a doubt the best thing I've done. Yes, you do have to do the work and it does take time, but I feel like I'am putting one foot in-front of the other 'FINALLY'

I thought that Jake’s course was very on point and knowledgeable. I’ve been studying this stuff for years and he touches on all the important points and goes into thorough detail that is easy to understand and follow. The mineral test and the way that reads it and breaks it down and then explains the most supportive approach and protocol felt very clear & supportive.

Ensuring your mineral levels are optimal is one of the main fundamentals to your health and Jake is a great practitioner to help you achieve this. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Jake's nutritional and mineral balancing program was simple and clear. I've been on the minerals for 2.5 months now, and more or less following the eating guidelines. My energy and overall wellbeing have improved dramatically. His follow-up answers to my questions we're timely and helpful. If you're not well in any regard, try mineral balancing and give yourself lots of time off, rest, along with mind-calming practices. See what it does for you. You can thank Jake and perhaps this reviewer later :)

Very thorough program. Good balance between technical in details but very actionable. He covers a wide range of the health topics and it's incredibly convenient to have such extensive research condensed down into one masterclass. Overall it's been a useful program.

Two words - Do it. What I immediately learnt from starting the program, is everything in restaurants, Uber eats, common foods in supermarkets are not healthy for our consumption, the food and water industry is the reason for diseases. Jake’s changed my perspective on life and I love following the slow oxidation diet. Jake, your program is engaging, genuine, down to earth, and a calming process that acknowledges those who are in a difficult spot of healing themselves. To the reader: trusting in and paying someone money to help you is a big leap sometimes, in this case however with Jake I knew he was someone I could trust and he changed my life as an outcome of following his protocol which is very simple steps we should all follow and live by as humans, and what drs should be prescribing rather than pharmaceuticals. The set up is user friendly and with the personable touch, you have a friend by your side gently guiding you, very smart filming. The information is very simple and easy to absorb. My body is already healing, and I have Jake to thank for educating us on the building blocks back bone to our body’s function, that being, the 4 main minerals. Powerful program with very simple steps to follow. Everyone should be following this guide to attain vitality and equilibrium. Drink spring water only !

Awesome!! Had a great experience.

In my manic eagerness to get to the bottom of my health problems, I asked a bunch of questions that were already answered in the very detailed information provided by Jake. But he didn’t make me feel bad about it. He answered every single question and even offered me a discount With his one on one service. Immediately after purchasing, I received instructions on how to do the hair test analysis and look forward to taking the next steps with Jake.
