What can I say about these guys other than you will find it harder to find better customer service and knowledge than these. They answer your querys super fast and go out of their way to help you . Bought my son a pc for Christmas for an awesome price ,they didn't try to upsell or get me to have something that he didn't need. He recently had a little problem with it and they arranged pickup the very next day and fixed it and returned it within 4 days . Will definitely use these again .

Very happy with the service, Blackhawk gaming did a custom build for a set price, with the knowledge and experience that i lack they were happy to discuss all options and routes for a build over the phone. Brilliant quality, very helpful, will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Great comms, Great price and excellent delivery

Bought a gaming PC from this company back in May. It has been brilliant but unfortunately the graphics card stopped working recently. They paid for the return, promptly fixed and returned the PC to me. Service was outstanding, with complete and knowledgeable communications throughout. When it comes to their guarantee they are as good as their word. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Amazing service and help with building and setting up my gaming PC. Friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to find the right parts to fit the specifications I was looking for.

I made an order for a replacement work computer. I had what I wanted in mind. I spoke to Joe there and he listened to what I wanted and actually found me a pretty similar spec laptop to what I was looking for at half the price. I ordered and he had it delivered to me, it even came with a free bag. Very helpful company would use again. Thanks guys!!!

I needed a custom built PC with the best components available for both my day-to-day work (web design, video editing, building apps) & something I could play games on with the highest settings in my free time and it's been working flawlessly for months now with a pretty demanding daily workload. Joe & his team were quick to advise on any issues and it took all the worry away that would normally be associated with sourcing components & building a PC from scratch. I have happily recommended Blackhawk Gaming to both my clients and friends & family.

Great service. built me my first gaming PC and great advice on what was needed
