The process to get a much needed loan to pay off some debt, help our daughter with a wedding and putting in a sprinkler system for our farm was super easy and very quick. In particular our loan officer Elizabeth George was so helpful, answered any questions quickly and professionally and made the whole process simple and stress free! My experience with BHG has been quite negative. When my initial application was taken, BHG was responsive for the first few days. After that, it was hard to get in contact with any of the loan officers, especially the one who initially took my application. I called BHG and was told that a loan officer or manager would call me back, but no response. Due to the negative experience I’ve had with BHG, I decided to post an honest review about their lack of communication and customer service skills. I was even asked to remove any names from my review even though a majority of the other reviews on here about BHG include personal names. Please check those out as it clearly goes against this company’s guidelines.

The fast application process, as well as, the informative and responsive human interaction was excellent. They have many tools available to help reach your financial goals.

I have used BHG twice now and they are one of the best financial institutions to work with. Straightforward explanations, easy to understand, and stands by what they promise. They actually reached out to me to get me a better (lower) rate on my current loan, so they really do have the best interests of their clients in mind.
