My experience with BHG has been quite negative. When my initial application was taken, BHG was responsive for the first few days. After that, it was hard to get in contact with any of the loan officers, especially the one who initially took my application. I called BHG and was told that a loan officer or manager would call me back, but no response. Due to the negative experience I’ve had with BHG, I decided to post an honest review about their lack of communication and customer service skills. I was even asked to remove any names from my review even though a majority of the other reviews on here about BHG include personal names. Please check those out as it clearly goes against this company’s guidelines.
