BGS Institute Reviews

About BGS Institute

BGS Institute is the world's first training and certification body to establish a globally recognised standard for this field. Founded by Dr. Dominik Nischwitz — Vice President of the International Society for Metal Free Implantology, author of It's All In Your Mouth and one of the world's most experienced ceramic implantologists with 5,000+ procedures placed — BGS Institute exists because no credible standard existed before it. Anyone could claim the label. Protocols varied. Patients had no reliable way to know what they were getting. The Biodentistry Global Standard (BGS) is the clinical system BGS Institute certifies dentists in — integrating functional medicine and surgical precision into one accountable framework that treats oral infection, incompatible materials and structural dysfunction as systemic health issues, not isolated dental problems. The demand is already there. The BGS directory receives 10,000+ patient searches every month. Dr. Nischwitz's own clinic is booked months in advance, with 60% of patients travelling internationally for treatment. Patients arriving at BGS-certified clinics are informed, motivated and prepared to invest in their health. BGS-certified dentists are positioned to meet that demand — with fewer patients, higher fees and outcomes conventional dentistry cannot deliver. 100+ certified dentists. 16 countries. ADA CERP accredited. Applications reviewed personally. Places are limited.
