Not having a great experience

I'm currently not having a great experience. I ordered a unit from Debenhams and didn't open it. As soon as it arrived I realised its not what I wanted and contacted Berkfield house. James offered a partial refund of 25%, I refused, he offered 50%, I refused as I want to return and get a 100% discount and now no-one is coming back to me on email? Cant say im impressed at all.
