After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

Unfortunately I can’t comment on the quality of the products as they haven’t arrived. And that is my gripe! I ordered Christmas baubles 7 days ago via Debenhams website - they’ve yet to be dispatched. I then ordered a cat tree via Debenhams on Thursday and have only just realised that is also being supplied by Berkfield, so who knows when it will arrive. They also appear to use Evri as their couriers - ARGH!!
