The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them.

Everything was handled quickly, efficiently and to the highest standard. Within a a week of having our property on the market we had lots of viewings and 2 offers. By the end of the second week we had 4 offers. Amazingly quick turn around which is what we wanted. Great price for our property and brilliant staff who are clearly very good at what they do!
