The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them.

From my first call to enquire about a viewing to obtaining the Memorandum of Sale everything at Beercocks has been efficient and professional. The agent conducting the viewing was friendly and noted our offer down. I viewed the property on the Thursday July 13th and received the Memorsndum of Sale on Monday 17th July.
