The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them.

Having dealt with Beercocks previously I was a little concerned about buying a house through them. However I need not have worried Beercocks in Barton upon Humber gave a great service and was always there when needed. They certainly reversed my poor experience of them in the past and can't recommend them highly enough.
Jack at Barton-upon-Humber is an absolute star. He goes above and beyond, is efficient and has a great rapport with customers. He keeps in touch and always updates us before we ever need to ask. Our house was photographed and put on the market promptly, the sign was up quickly & we've already had people to view. I'd use Beercocks again and have recommended them to friends.
