The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them.

Process was great from beginning to end, each step was made easy for us and the process felt like it moved quickly. Communication was great, particularly when the sale progressed and Eden was assigned to our case, communicated every step and was on the ball; sometimes got in touch before our solicitor! The staff make the process feel personal and show that they genuinely care about selling/buying your property.
Nicky at Beercocks was absolutely brilliant. She was extremely helpful and also available when we needed to ask her a question. When there were issues or concerns with other areas of the purpose, Nicky responded quickly and make a huge effort to get to the bottom of them.
