The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them.

Very friendly staff, have been helpful through out the buying and selling process so far. Explain everything thoroughly and are easy to deal with. Archie who does viewings is lovely. Vicky who deals with you at sale stage is the same and always keeps you updated to take away the stress.

I had a few different estate agents come to value my house and decided to use beercocks as they seemed the most knowledgable and confident they could get over asking price. It was the first house I had ever sold and was pretty nervous and had lots of questions but every person I spoke to in the office was so helpful. Danielle was the person who was allocated to help with the dealings of the sale and she really did her best to help with the issues we had along the way. We needed up getting over asking and overall the sale went really smoothly! Thankyou Beercocks, I will definitely use in the future!
We really liked a property last year but unfortunately lost out on it. We received a call off Grace eight months later saying the property had gone back up and was we interested, which we was. The fact Grace thought of us straight away was very thoughtful and really appreciated. Grace has been very helpful, informative and supportive throughout our time using Beercocks.
