The only disadvantage for me was it took two weeks to get a valuation. However this could be down to Beercocks being busy or annual leave being taken. This didn’t put me off as I had heard good things about Beercocks so was quite keen to use them.

Very professional service/team ours was the Cottingham branch what they said they would do they did. Very friendly giving good advice always getting back to us and confirming viewings etc by text and email which was really helpful. A fantastic service overall definitely felt they were in our corner Hazel has been amazing we felt she genuinely cared about our journey through selling the house as it is a stressful thing selling your home you love, she also brought humour which was much needed!
