We chose Beal's Waterlooville during a particularly sad time for our family, to sell a property, which coincided with lockdown.The team at Beal's, most especially Lauren, were always there for us with regular catch-ups, and with every effort put in to take new photos, working out ways to encourage viewings and new approaches to marketing the property, when it was such a quiet time, with our target market virtually non existent, due to the restrictions of lockdown.

Bad experience with this estate agency. Even though we put a holding deposit down and were told we had to sign and pay for the property within a week of doing so, it took 2 months to finally sign the contract - 3 days before we were due to move in (bare in mind we had to also move out of our old property so we're extremely concerned we would have no where to live!!).
We made constant attempts to pay the deposit and first month's rent, to no success until we finally moved into the property (we called the landlord directly to get the keys) . I received a corse phone call from Beals asking why we have moved in if we haven't paid yet. I told them we tried to pay but they hadn't given us any information to do so. The only way I can describe their response was stroppy, which was outrageous considering we made every effort to pay and it was all on them to hand over the details!! They kept blaming it down to staff holidays which was unprofessional as it isn't down to me to work around their holidays, especially when there is a risk of being homeless due to not signing/paying until the move in day.
This was an extremely stressful experience as we had to move out of our old property by a specific date and were extremely concerned about the cross over period (and therefore being homeless) as we hadn't signed or paid for the property, due to their staff shortages, until the day we moved in.
Finally, they were extremely bad at responding to emails, often simply ignoring them until I phoned up a week later to receive an answer.
Very professional service. All information requested was readily available. Any questions were answered in a timely manner. Punctual, informative, friendly and overall, very professional. Highly recommended.

Working with Beals and getting accomodation through Beals was a fantastic experience. The Negotiator (Rebecca Thayre) is always eager to help, quick to response to email and was always at sites before me for viewing. She is such an amazing reserved lady.
