Absolutely brilliant service from our agent Jess at Beals in Gosport. It was an easy process from start to finish and was patient when waiting for a response from my old landlord. My partner and I especially liked the little gift box of house goodies we received when signing the contracts.

I have been using Beal's Portsmouth as my lettings agent for over three years for my three properties. During this period they have been consistently reliable and trustworthy. I would have no hesitation in recommending the agency and all the staff, but Brett and Lucy in particular as my interaction is usually with these two people. I would also say that the maintenance staff are also consistently good. I would like to take the pportunity to thank Beal's and all their staff for their excellent service.

Beal's Estate Agents did a great job of making the process of letting a one bedroom flat property for me and my partner in Southampton seamless. The staff named Suman was really helpful and always answering my questions whenever I had questions right from the viewing stage down to the handing over of the property keys to us. Poor quality of service. As a landlord deciding to use Beales was a big mistake. They really donβt care about providing a quality service or supporting the landlord. If you decide to use Beales to manage your property, you will quickly learn that the most important thing to them is getting anyone into your property for the sake of securing the monthly agent fees.
