I recently rented a property from the Bitterne branch. Holly was absolutely great when showing me round the property (I needed a second visit to measure up for curtains), and Suman et al were great at keeping me informed, communicating my requests to the landlord, and sorting out the documentation.

I had a viewing with one of your agents, Jasmin Warwick is her name. She was genuinely disinterested, in a rush-the whole viewing was less then 5 mins, didn't give us any information about the property we were viewing, didn't even say before hand that someone is still living there. She had no idea whether the flat comes with parking, even though it was specified on the website. Very unprofessional, not interested at all wether we wanted the property or not. I am sorry I have to give such a low rating, but the rating is for the whole experience,not the whole agency. Not helpful at all on this occasion.
