I write regarding a very professional experience I have recently had with Beals. Dealing with Emma in the office couldn't have been easier, nothing was too much work, and even speaking to Lauren and Lou when Emma was tied up left me feeling valued as a customer. Thank you very much. Keep it going!

I used Beals Gosport for my first time renting. Sophie and the team were amazing. They made the process really simple for me and explained everything in detail to me so I knew what was going on during the entire process. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
Overall awful! Do not use to rent your property. At first it all seemed good and Lucy was brilliant and the property was rented with tenants really quickly and if I couldn't get hold of who I needed to talk to she would ensure I received a reply and then would receive contact from the person I needed to talk. Truly fantastic at what she dose! We decided to pay for the silver service and what a waste of money that was. To begin with there was a few problems with the property and Beals contacted me and my husband went and completed the little jobs and on doing this my husband gave the tenants our phone number. If there was a problem my husband would be down within 24 hours to fix. However the weather took a turn and we had a problem with our roof. I was out of the country working and my husband couldn't do the roof. I asked Beals to get me quotes. However they failed and my husband has roofers out within 48hrs to look at the roof. We then when with a company to carry out the roof work. It was over 2 weeks before my tenant received a message for someone to look at the roof. Clearly this is not acceptable. The decision was then made to sell our property due to the stress it was causing. On the tenant moving out of the property there was damage caused. Beals sent an invoice to tenant basically to repaint it and they missed all the other faults with the property. Them being floor boarding missing, holes in the wall, oven being filthy, Burn on the window sill, rubbish being left in the garden, bathroom being filthy, blind being hung back up being covered in mould. I have had no response from beals and have called, emailed and had no response. What makes this worse I can see from the pictures of my claim was only the invoice for painting and none of the other points were being covered. I was awarded £200 that doesn't touch the surface. I am have now written a formal letter and I will take it to the Ombudsman. No one deserves this service please do not use. This has caused stress in my life and it should not of as I paid for a service and Beals failed to provide it!

I have been using Beals for around 5 years for my BTL properties. I have always found them to be very responsive and they seem to always find tenants in a reasonable time. Jasmin/Lucy in North End are a credit to the business. Property Management/Maintenance are up and down but Front Office in the most part is faultless.
