Urgent move into the area, thankfully I have the lovely Jess to help me out. She was there from viewing right through to getting settled in. Always at the end of an email or phone call for any questions I had or anything I needed help with. when it came to moving, Amber and Jess were both Swift in organising the change over and collection of keys so I could get in quickly. So accommodating to my needs as far as timescale and urgency. Even now I’m in the flat, Jess is still at the other end of an email or phone.
Aisha has been very accommodating and helpful and was the one who gave me the idea to rent the flat out. Throughout the rental journey, Aisha has managed the entire process in a very professional and efficient manner, always quick to respond and to offer information and solutions to any problems. I would also like to mention Suman, with whom I have had contact and who has always been friendly, polite and helpful.
