Beal's made selling our house a fairly reasonable and clear process - we were recommended them by our mortgage broker so didn't go out of our way to compare/contrast. They sold the property, then buyer pulled out, but they acted quickly to secure a new buyer and helped negotiate as fast a completion as possible.

you could face last minute cancellation from Beal's. Happened to me twice . 1st I been told the negotiator is sick so need need to re-schedule and then on next appointment 15 min before been told let been agreed so viewing cancelled . it was frustrating and disappointing.
