I have rented my first flat after owning my own home. I went through Beals in Parkgate and had the pleasure of dealing with the lovely Hannah. Hannah was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable. I couldn’t believe how quickly the whole process went and how smoothly Hannah made it happen. She is a credit to Beals. Beal's provided an excellent service when we were selling one of our buy-to-let properties. Katie Healey, our Sales Progressor, was particularly helpful and efficient. It was a leasehold flat and the sale was constantly stalling due to the number of parties involved, and a difficult Freeholder. Katie kept us up to date with progress, chased constantly, provided really helpful advice and guidance and was integral in ensuring completion of the sale.
