We were new to Hamilton and needed to rent a car for 4 weeks. We found Bargain Rental Car nearby. After registering on their website, their staff called us to guide us through the process. During pickup, the counter staff was helpful and provided clear explanations about the rental and insurance. Returning the car was simple and took less than a minute.

The whole process is always easy and hassle free. I've been using them for the past 3- 4 years as I've never had an issue with them. I have previously been ripped off by other hire car companies but I trust these people. The staff were friendly and super helpful even when I left stuff in the car and they quickly dropped it off to me without me even asking. I would recommend them 100%. We only ever need a little run around car for local travel and their prices are the cheapest by far.

Excellent customer service. The reservation centre called to confirm and check I had the car I needed. The Rental agent was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He made it clear how to contact the company in urgent circumstances and explained the insurance clearly. The car was in great condition for it's age (not brand new) and drove very well.

I highly recommend the vehicles and staff of Bargain Rental Cars in Glenfield. The service was fantastic and the cars were perfect with great prices. I was helped by first on 9th July by two ladies who were clear, kind and diligent. The second rental on 20th by Adrarsh and Yong. Who were also very efficient, helpful and courteous. Thanks for helping me out!

The system is very straightforward for making a booking and the staff I have dealt with while making these bookings and picking up and dropping off cars have always been professional and helpful. The range of cars has always been good too (even during school holidays) and, of course, their prices are very competitive.

BRC staff at Wellington Airport branch are a credit to the company. Happy to provide a contact phone to call direct and this is a second consecutive visit based on my first experience with the company. They are polite, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is a problem. Prompt shuttle pick up and drop off to their nearby site. BRC rates are extremely competitive and this combined with the exceptional customer service sets them apart from the crowd.
