Our entire experience with BRC was exceptional. Getting a quote was easy, the booking process was easy, payment was easy, the "off airport" collection at Wellington Airport and drop off at Auckland Airport (after hours) was easy. The car was as requested and in good condition. It was up to half the price of the "big guys" for the same thing. All the staff - both remote and in person we interacted with were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I have rented many cars in many countries from many providers, BRC New Zealand is the best so far.

Super easy, covenant that they had a vehicle available on the Friday and picked up that afternoon. Everything was explained well and staff were very friendly. Only rental we found that you don’t pay for K’s, this is a bonus! Supper happy would recommend, and will definitely use again.

Seamless hireage from online booking through to pick up to drop off of our car. We had minor car damage in a car park incident and found staff at the call centre understanding when I rang to report it. Asked numerous times if I was ok and then received a call from the branch I used checking on me and was told not to stress and to enjoy the rest of my car rental time.

This was our first time using this company, for years I have used another, but just wanted to see what else was out there. I was really impressed. Clear communication, fast pick up from the airport (Wellington), and when I returned the car, the service was nice and quick. The car was in immaculate condition (2021 Toyota Camry). Everything was really smooth and not overly complicated. Would gladly recommend and use them again.
