Great easy no fuss rental, Office lady was very helpful

Decent car at a sharp price.

From the pick up at the airport to the drop off a few days later was absolutely fantastic. The car and staff were all excellent

Well priced, car was clean and as described, drop off was easy and had a shuttle to the airport.

Needed a cost effective car rental for business at short notice. Called BRC henderson office. not a problem he said and even remembered my name. Paperwork done I headed off into the Land of the Long White Cloud. the car hummed along merrily and I made good progress. On arriving at my destination I did my work and headed back. On the way home i went slowly through some roadworks but the big truck went through with impunity. Then I heard the sound and saw the new small nick in the screen. Luckily for me the guy at BRC had talked me into taking the glass cover insurance . I returned the car still clean I might add. Received the all clear and went on my way again contented and happy.

The staff were great and helped me make my booking without any fuss. They also suggested a great road trip

From the time of being collected by the friendly driver in the complimentary transport from Wellington airport, to the time of being dropped back to the airport, the entire experience with Bargain Rental Cars was exceptional. All staff that I had contact with were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They explained everything fully relating to the vehicle and rental agreement. The vehicle itself was very clean inside and out and mechanically performed well. I had not previously used Bargain Rentals and it was a last minute decision based on their competitive pricing. I was not disappointed and would not hesitate to book with them again.

Quick and easy service. They even accommodated our last minute request for a larger vehicle. Definitely recommend them and will be using them again when I need to rent a vehicle in future. The mini van was so clean and spacious too.

I’d give Zero stars if I could! The car was old; it looked Okay from the outside, but boy it sounded rough when driving- almost as if on the verge of breaking down. Everything squeaked and the interior looked old, uncleaned and torn up! It was horrible! To make matters worse, I was told that the van I had was an, “upgrade”. I’m afraid to even imagine what I could have gotten instead! Also, I wanted to return the van sooner & was told that I could, but would not receive a refund for the days I would not be using the car. Who does that!? Never again!

The team were pleasant informative and helpful. The hire was competitively priced; the vehicle was high mileage, but clean and reliable and performed well throughout our month's hire. We will use the company again when we next visit from England

Car (a hybrid) was reliable, price favourable, service on the collection and return was efficient. Fuel economy was good.

I rang about extending my rental off a car and was told I couldn't, but when I got too the office the very helpful lady was able to sort it out really quickly for me..It was just a shame I had to waste about 2 hours off my holiday to get it sorted.
