Balance of Nature customer service agents out right lie to you. They charged us for an order we never received and we disputed it with our CC company. After filing a complaint on BBB they said when we cancel the dispute they will issue a refund. This is SCAM because they know you cannot file the same dispute twice. DO NOT do business with BoN.
Once again can you pick up a phone and call me at (630)605-3883 and discuss this so you get your facts straight. My first order was on November 5th and I was charged $61.68 as a "preferred customer". You auto shipped my second order on Dec 3rd (less than 30 days after the first order) and charged my credit card $69.95. I called in to cancel my account since I was not satisfied with the results of your product. I was told by your people I would receive a refund of the first order as per your 30 day money back guarantee but that I would have to ship the UNOPENED 2nd order back to you at my expense in order to get a refund for that order which I did! I have not received refund of $61.68 as promised. I did everything right on this and you won't issue my refund - keep digging yourself deeper on this over $61.68. No one will call me on the phone as requested numerous times! I filed a complaint with the better business bureau about your company not following through on their promises on 1/13/24!

In short, I have never been one to go with the flow when it comes to TV commercials, ie BALANCE of NATURE...If you stop for a moment and reflect on the commercials and all the BLAH, BLAH &&& MORE BLAH....BOTTOM LEFT of SCREEN....The names given are while the picture and the blah blahs are talking, bottom right... Ruth speaking, another max sxpeaking &&&&&& THEN....Dr. XXXXX speaking, then another Dr XXX speaking..... MY QUESTION IS...WHY does everyone speaking about BONATURE NOT HAVE THEIR FULL*** NAMES ***, WHY ONLY*** DR XXXX HAS HIS NAME ??? Think about it !!.....Could be that ONLY DR XXXX is being paid ??? .... By the overall reviews a lot of BLAH BLAH &&& MORE BLAH'S.....One is not even certain that the commercial shown when the MRS is shown golfing and bouncing out of a golf cart and the like HOW DO YOU KN OW THAT THAT COMMERCIAL EVEN*** PERTAINS TO BONATURE ?? I recievced the product and could not take the required amount of horse pills everyday as I am going through chemo and take enough pills already. I returned my product the way that was instructed by the company. I recieved an email that my return was acceptec and my refund would come within 2-5 busniess days. it has been 10 business days and I have not received my refund. I have called several times to get an update on my refund and just get tld that they are looking into why I received my refund and someone would call me about the refund. I never recieve call and have called back several time to just to get told the sme thing that I would get a call but they don't know when. This makes me think this company is a total scam. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I purchased BoN several months ago. It is a complete scam. I complained within first 30 days but they charged my credit card a second time without my permission and then would not refund me the second or the first payment. I have place numerous call and messages and complaints. The last one yesterday. I want a refund as promised by the money back guarantee that is a scam as well.
I was a Balance of Nature Subscriber for a couple of years. About 2 months ago, I decided that they weren't really helping me and wanted to try other vitamins. So, I postponed my subscription until April 2025. On Monday, 11.11.2024, I received an email from Balance of Nature telling me that a shipping order had been made through Fed Ex. I tried to call them on the phone, but never got through. So, I emailed them on their website several times to stop the shipment. They never responded. I tried to call Fed Ex but couldn't get a human on the phone to try to either stop the shipment or send it back immediately. I was at a funeral, out of town, when it was delivered on 11.14.2024. I left a note on my front door for the Fed Ex Delivery person, telling them that I was refusing the package since I did not order it in the first place. The person read my note, as I saw on my ring camera, and left the package a anyway. So, yesterday, I took the package over to a Fed Ex location and returned it, and notified Balance of Nature. This morning I finally got an email from them, after I notified them I had refused it and am sending it back via Fed Ex, saying: "Hi Karen, We do not recommend refusing that package for you may not be able to get a refund on that order due to our return policy. You are outside our policy. Your account is canceled and you will not receive anymore orders. If you have any further questions or need further assistance please let me know! Thanks for choosing Balance of Nature!" Don't order from this company. They are horrible! What company won't return your money for a package you didn't order and refused?
The product is great. The customer service is terrible. I’ve had to call several times to get reimbursed for an unauthorized charge on my card. They do not answer and tell you “you will get a call back.” Ridiculous! They transfer you and you will be on hold. Don’t go through them to get the product! I really had the impression this company had integrity. I was wrong once again.
Nice customer service after you call and get 1 person who can't help you and your on hold for 20 minutes for the next person who is nice and can help you but asks a few promotion stay with us please questions that you turn down before finally after 30 minutes on the phone able to cancel everything
What I want to know is why this product can be found on a Philippine website called Lazada and it sells for 9 dollars for both bottles and here in the U.S. it is over 50 dollars. Be aware people!!!
I was a first time buyer, used the discount code of FOXNEWS to get my order. I also signed up for preferred customer. Received an order number but never got a shipping date. Went into my account and my order was not there. I then reordered but this time it was full price UGH. Got fast response with a shipping date. I then contacted them asking that they cancel one of my orders: gave them both order numbers. They advised they had a website error and my first order was not processed even though I have an order number. So I did not receive my "first time purchase discount at all. I want to return the one I received but per their refund policy only preferred customers can get refunds. They canceled my account and now I am no longer a preferred customer so can not return. You think when I was speaking to their agent she would have canceled the second order and gone ahead signed me up as preferred. The difference was $30 I would have saved and if things went better I would have stayed as a customer. BUT NO THANKS.
The capsules have no effect at all and at $90 per month are vastly overpriced. Now I am besieged with multiple emails daily from the company even though I terminated ordering 2-3 years ago! Putting the emails into Junk or Spam and unsubscribing has no effect, they keep coming, more, more, more. I filed an FDA complaint today about this harassment.
I like the difference in how I feel but there are two BIG negatives: 1. They are very aggressive about pushing delivery commitments ahead of time and it’s hard to reach someone to suspend when I already have 3 unopened bottles. 2. For at least the last 3 times, the bottles have had an unequal number of pills at the end. I take 3 fruits and 3 veggies capsules per day yet at the end, a different number is left in each bottle. I have not counted the contents as I opened them but I have a 9/30/24 photo of the latest leftover capsules.
I absolutely Love the supplements. I started them several years ago and felt the difference within 2 weeks from starting them. I do think their website AND their customer service need some work. The website could be easier to use and actually work. I had to put a hold on the shipment, which I did through the website. Then got my regular shipment notification. When I called them, the customer service told me "You should have called. I don't see a hold placed so I can't help you". I told him that I won't be home to get the shipment and it was a waste of my money to just sit there and get wet or stolen". He repeated his 1st statement. If their website and customer service were better, I would have given them a 5 star.

I am a 67 year old body builder working out 4-5 days a week with I believe balance if nature is an important factor in my exercise routine. My morning regiment consists of a power shake and balance of nature. People say I look 45-50 not almost 70.
