I want my money back for the Helpsoft driver updater software I purchased under the 30 day guarantee. They dont respond to emails. The software has problems. make them respond.

ich hatte die Software Expert PFDF 15 von Avanquest nicht direkt bei Avanquest sondern bei einem anderen Softwarehändler erworben. Diese Software konnte nicht mit dem dazugehörigen Lizenzschlüssel aktiviert werden. Eine Unterstützung bei der Problemlösung durch den Softwarehändler war Null. Die Firma Avanquest hat mir sofort und unbürokratisch geholfen und eine bereits früher erworbene ältere Version der Software wieder aktiviert. Diese kann ich dann updaten. Nach meiner Anfrage zu dem Problem kam sofort eine Rückantwort. Ein perfekter Service. Fazit: Kauf direkt bei der Softwarefirma und erspare dir viel Ärger mit dubiosen Softwarehändlern.

2 Programme gekauft und nach wenigen Tagen gekündigt und deinstalliert. Seit ca. 3 Wochen kündige ich ohne Erfolg. Einzige Anworten -elektronisch-! Keine Kündigungsbestätigung geschweigedenn Rückzahlung. Gestern wurden, offensichtlich infolge meiner Beschwerden u.a. bei Trustpilot, die beiden Rückzahlungen veranlasst ... Nach 3 Wochen ständigen Hin- und Hers.

I've searched for a long time for a ok driver updater i tried so much programs but with no one i was satisfied in the end i founded Driver genius and can i say im satisfied it's take a while with sound driver but he's installing the best. This is the 3nd years with driver genius.

Horrible scam operation. It looks like you are getting PDF suite, but you are just getting a scam company and runaround loop that you don't get anything. Plus they are only trying to get in to your computer by you giving them "access" to help you. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Schnell und unkompliziert.
Es funktioniert keine einzige von ihre Programmen das heiss ich habe alle geladen und kann sie nicht brauchen weil lassen Sicht nicht öffnen wenn ich das Programme schalte dann laufen wie normal und wenn alle Funktionen bearbeiten haben dann komm das Befehl loschen wenn dies drucke schalte das Programm aus dass heiss es wird alles annulliert und das Programm gelöscht. Ich kann nicht mich nicht registrieren wenn dass Befehl Registrieren kommt und drucke dann losch dass Programm und es geht nicht weiter.
Einfach eine gute Software und sehr guter Kundendienst.
