Very straightforward process initially when we ordered our tickets for Universal Orlando but then wanted to upgrade to include Disney. Called the contact center and they were extremely helpful and managed to cancel existing order, move funds to new order and paid the difference. We then received confirmation of the amendments later that same day via email.
Easy to book, very clear and straightforward and best prices of all the sites I checked for quotes!
After inadvertent mistake in original booking this was corrected at no charge and all went smoothly for a great day at Discovery Cove
