I decided to join my daughter and my grandchildren on this trip just the day before they were going. My daughter tried to bookd the same 4 days park tickets as theirs, but when the confirmation came through it had been booked for a day later. We immediately tried to rectify this but the offices had closed when we tried to change it the next day we were told it was not possible as we were not giving 72 hours notice.
