On the two occasions I have called Customer Service, the operatives have been very helpful and courteous. Makes a change to speak to someone who seems to be genuinely interested in helping.

Great website to navigate and find the right product for our visit/holiday. Easily found what we needed to book and the process was very smooth. We received confirmation straight away and even used the code given to receive extra reduced rate.
