Coat just what we wanted. Love it and arrived super quick. What not to like?

I received my item and dropped my box off at DHL and they said that there is a stop payment on the label and they are unable to mail back my coat for a refund. Now i’m stuck with a coat that doesn’t fit and i cannot return it as the the original refund policy stated. I tried to contact Atterley and the site does not exist anymore. This is the response i received: Thank you for getting in touch. Atterley.com Retail Limited has ceased to trade. Brian Milne and David McGinness of French Duncan LLP were appointed Joint Provisional Liquidators of the company by the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on 22 December 2022. I have added your details to a list of creditors of the company being compiled by the Provisional Liquidators. If you wish to claim a refund for an order placed with Atterley you may wish to contact your credit card provider to enquire directly with them regarding a chargeback. We will be in touch with you in due course regarding your enquiry.

Very happy with my order, fast delivery

My experience with Atterley in ordering a beautiful wool hat went very smoothly, from ordering, receiving my order confirmation and clear, thorough email communications, to a very timely delivery. I am also thrilled with my purchase. Being in the U.S., I was impressed with the timeliness of an overseas shipment during the holiday season!

I am still waiting for a refund for my returned item, sent back to them by DHL and it is marked as received by them. But I am confused as their website is now down? I want my money back, or the item sent back to me at least!

I really like the model and material, however I would say that the size is a little off. Unfortunately, I will have to exchange them for a smaller size (at least 2 size down).

Is this site a scam?..I've ordered a pair of shoes for my sister..got the the confirmation email ..since then no updates detailing when the product will be shipped nothing..sent emails no reply .trying to access the site its not opening..the money already came off my account
