I have not received my order. Why was it delivered by DHL to a NY address when I am in Florida. Express my order now I need it for Christmas!

Awesome service! I got my order super fast! I was expecting a long wait since it was coming from overseas, but it arrived in less than a week! I was nervous about using a website I had never heard of, but it got good reviews on other sites. The skirt I ordered was really nice quality. It looked a little different than the picture, but I still loved it!

I needed a refund unfortunately, and it was received very, very quickly. Thanks for that service.

Great product that wasn’t available elsewhere - hence coming across Atterley. Have to be honest as I was concerned it was a fake site but a bit of Google searching showed it IS indeed genuine! Maybe you are new? Item well packaged

I mis-ordered but this was sorted out promptly. The team were responsive and efficient. One item was not available once I’d placed order which was disappointing. The other item which arrived was great. Overall the customer service was very good along with delivery.

I had been looking for this Essentiel black puffer vest for some time and had no luck finding it. Until now!! I was skeptical about ordering for this company HOWEVER, I was extremely pleased with the entire process of the order. Got my vest in a timely manner. I am so happy!!

Ordered loake boots good price quality etc delivered when advised On receipt boots slightly different colours one probably been on display/tried on so e mail Atterley for their thoughts guidance but no reply !! Decided to keep the boots but won’t order from Atterley again if I can get product from someone else
