I have still not received refund

I ordered shoes from the website and had to return them. I returned them hours before the liquidation was announced. I was never issued a refund for my return. The company has been liquidated and no one is responding.

This company has been liquidated according to their website, and I had an item that didn’t have the correct customs documents get sent back to sender, they were supposed to resend it, and now it appears Atterley is out of business? I’ve filed a PayPal claim and want my money back.

Everything as it says quality products speedy delivery with dhl and quick response to e-mails

I ordered a belstaff overshirt in size xxl as a Christmas gift and got sent a pair of xs replay trousers worth much less than the shirt. I returned the wrong item and got an email saying the shirt wasn't in stock anymore and that there was nothing they could do about it. Nearly 2 weeks later I still haven't received my refund or any correspondence from anybody with updates after emailing them numerous times.

My package was vandalized & I never received my item

Do Not order from this company, I ordered 2 jackets to get the sizing right and send the unwanted size back only to be told they have gone into administration. STAY AWAY

Extremely difficult to make a return. Every link to set this up does not work and no phone number to call.

The company has ceased operations.....they have gone bankrupt!! In the meantime, I am waiting for a refund......maybe my bank can help recover my loss! TERRIBLE!!!!
