I booked hotel Carnegie in New York, location and service was great , price with you guys was amazing!

Great experience! Had doubts, but went with @hotel and had no issues at all whatsoever! Gave us the best rate and will be using them again for ALL bookings going forward.

The assistant was very polite! Even when we couldn’t contact the hotel, he sent an email with our request. Very helpful!

Great prices and best customer service unlike other portals. Highly recommended.

The Hotel was disgusting had to buy cleaning supplies to clean room holes in wall. No microwave fridge was broken. Cracked sink and tub. Also trash from previous renters of room. No breakfast all this was advertised this was a Choice hotel family run looks like they bought the hotel and removed everything that would cost money to maintain. No parking lot lights worked.

I missed my flight and needed to extend my stay to another night and I asked customer service for a discount code and I was given a discount code however, in the chaos serve rebooking my flight and hotel I forgot to use a discount code and I reached out to your customer service and they were able to give me a credit for that code.

A big big thank to Aref from @hotel who was very proffesional, supportive and helpful.

The process was simple, the hotels were outstanding and as described, and the communication was great.

Mustafa and Omar won’t solve my problem I’d give them even 0 stars They won’t understand my issue Just shame to @hotel that they work there!!!! They always say that the problem with the cards and not the supplier as written in the message when I enter the hotel.

My girlfriend and I had booked a two-night stay at SANA Hotels in Berlin. Unfortunately, due to incorrect GPS directions provided by the hotel, we ended up six hours away from our intended destination. We called the hotel immediately upon realizing the mistake, expressing our frustration after a 12-hour drive and having already missed one night’s stay. Despite our situation, we received no refund or compensation. The entire ordeal cost us 540 euros and an exhausting 24-hour round trip. This has been our worst experience with a company and hotel ever.

All the prices were explained before our trip. There were no unexpected fees. We had a great experience.

A GEM ! I've booked @hotel on several occasions since 2023. I've spoken with a representative in person, on social media and chat on the website. Excellent customer service every time. They listen, understand, and go out of their way to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend @hotel! You truly receive a 5 star experience! Thank you Brian K @hotel for making my day today!
