Cancelled Booking
I made my booking almost a year in advance and I have a confirmation email. Upon my arrival at the hotel, in a foreign country and late at night, I discovered that the hotel had changed hands and my booking no longer existed. At no point, between making the booking and paying & my check-in, was I contacted by @Hotel or either hotel chain and I have not been refunded the money that I paid to @Hotel when the original booking was made. I have tried to contact them but they are ignoring me and when I check their website the confirmation numbers they sent me no longer work.
