Disappointing Experience with SANA Hotels
My girlfriend and I had booked a two-night stay at SANA Hotels in Berlin. Unfortunately, due to incorrect GPS directions provided by the hotel, we ended up six hours away from our intended destination. We called the hotel immediately upon realizing the mistake, expressing our frustration after a 12-hour drive and having already missed one night’s stay. Despite our situation, we received no refund or compensation. The entire ordeal cost us 540 euros and an exhausting 24-hour round trip. This has been our worst experience with a company and hotel ever.
