No communication from tradesperson even to say they were on their way by after the (generous) original window had elapsed. When I called up on the number associated with the account, I was placed on hold for an hour, I had to call with an unknown number to get through to a human.

Klaudi the plumber was excellent, he identified the issue quickly and follow up communication to fit the parts once they arrived was great. It would have been 5 stars but we had to reschedule twice as the plumber didn't arrive at the agreed time initially, but everything with Klaudi was excellent.

Deniz did a great job sourcing leak on kitchen, resolving it quickly and giving advice to prevent issue occurring again.

Although arriving later in the day than planned, they kept me informed of when they would arrive, and replaced and fixed the issue efficiently

Did what was asked - unblocked drain. Did not clear up debris removed so could be washed back down and relocked. Did not flush through the drain to clear any potential future blockages. Did bare minimum - 15 minutes 'work' for an hour's pay Shoddy work - would never use this company again or recommend it to anyone

Absolutely awful service. Called today at 7am. Was told someone would be with us for a flood emergency by 10am. It’s 5pm no one has shown up. Called multiple times. Phone was picked up and then put down multiple times throughout the day. At 5pm they called back asking if we wouldn’t mind changing appointment to Monday. 3 days away! When they know it’s for a flood emergency. Would not recommend. Very unreliable. Very poor service l throughout

Daniel was helpful, gave me suggestions to resolve my problem.

First ‘cowboy’ showed up without the basic tools for a straightforward drainage job - because why bother being prepared? Naturally, the solution was to re-book. The second ‘hero’ strolls in three hours late, clearly unable to manage without a colleague. That colleague shows up an hour later, because apparently, teamwork is optional until you really need it. Together, they put in a masterclass effort in doing FA, then retired to their van for half an hour to ‘write a report’. The grand finale? A staggering £527 bill for achieving absolutely nothing. Bravo.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Aspect. Tristan was our main point of contact and his response was outstanding — immediate, proactive, and incredibly thorough. He dealt with a complex issue at one of our sites swiftly and with total commitment. At times it genuinely felt like he was working around the clock, staying in touch overnight and still fully responsive during the day. A great example of professionalism and dedication. Highly recommended.

Aspect is trying to charge us now £108 .12 for a visit that never happened, that was cancelled way before the engineer was assigned and after several calls where the agents on the phone told us that they case was dismissed and they were not not going to charge us due to an early cancellation. Now after a month they're writing us telling us that we need to pay the original amount £60 + £40 of a late fee which I think it's unacceptable for a visit that never happened and a service that was never made.

Outrageously expensive. Engineer spent most of his time fannying around and on the phone. Cost me nearly £1000 to fix a leaky cistern. Avoid these people like the plague

Lee Wilson worked a miracle with our old commercial boiler. Another well-known company had inspected it and declared it beyond repair, part unavailable. Lee diagnosed a different issue, replaced the fan and got it working. He was very polite and pleasant to deal with. He gave sound and clear advice. He kept in touch and did everything he promised to do when he promised to do it. I cannot recommend him highly enough. We had three weeks without heat and I can't really believe he got the old boiler working again. Thank you.

The Engineer was on time - he was professional and friendly - he carried out many inspections to ensure problem was completely inspected Engineer said we would receive the report by next day as we needed it urgently but arrived 3 days later - upon further requesting the report - this was not the Engineers fault but within the organisation

I would never recommend them to anyone EVER. I was over charged for so much so that the plumber can dragged this on over the course of 4 visit which totalled around £8k. Very slow! The last day was the funniest, it took 6h to put back 3 small kitchen units between two men!, and even with the proof that they provided Aspect are standing by those charges. The plumbing side seemed to love doing ad hock repairs when i said not to, in order to charge me more for the works. Poor finish to all the works, uneven floors, uneven and unprofessional services
