Deniz did a great job sourcing leak on kitchen, resolving it quickly and giving advice to prevent issue occurring again.
Faultless service. Contact with the phone adviser was quick and immediately helpful. Plumber Lee came the same day. He arrived right on time, was friendly, super-efficient and did an excellent job.
Kadeem, Fateh and Ali worked very hard to fix all of our multiple issues! The job took much longer than ever expected but we had a complex system and multiple unexpected issues along the way. Kadeem and Fateh worked very hard to get things up and running for us and were considerate and helpful all of the time. We finally have heating again and we are very grateful for their time and assistance

upon finding them on google, they came when requested, first one and and then what was need a 2nd person. carried out work and informed constantly what was happening and I ending up doing a complete survey on the building
Sean went above and beyond to deal with a mouse problem. In particular, he was very sensitive and reassuring around phobia. I had a few issues with communication with Aspect offices which initially made me a bit nervous, but Sean's thorough, professional and friendly approach means I would highly recommend him.
Second Visit – 14/01/2026 Engineer: Michael Hall Michael Hall attended the property and promptly identified and resolved the issue. He confirmed that the problem was not caused by a leak from the water pipe and provided clear guidance on next steps, including helpful advice on engaging with Thames Water. Throughout the visit, he was polite, supportive, and reassuring, which made the situation much easier to navigate.

Manan came to visit us and v quickly diagnosed where our leak was coming from, laying out a practical proposal to fix up our bathroom within an hour of arriving. Extremely helpful!
From start to finish this was a perfect service, starting with the call to request a emergency visit/appointment from a engineer/plumber to help locate and diagnose where the leak was coming from. A technician/engineer/plumber was on site within a hour of calling Aspect. Ahmed Belafkih was not just a great help, he was a very professional and friendly person that not only resolved our problem but done it in the upmost professional and perfect manner, talking us through every step he was taking one step at a time. Engineer came to detect a water leak underfloor. Very pleasant but unfortunately he was unable to detect leak. Had to pay before he left. He left a mess where he unnecessarily dug up part of the floor . I paid over £1000 for the privilege. Still waiting for the report tried to email my complaint but it was sent back rejected.
