Klaudi the plumber was excellent

Klaudi the plumber was excellent, he identified the issue quickly and follow up communication to fit the parts once they arrived was great. It would have been 5 stars but we had to reschedule twice as the plumber didn't arrive at the agreed time initially, but everything with Klaudi was excellent.

Wonderful support!

Nuffield Health's App support team are wonderful! Daniel in particular has genuinely brightened my day. I called them as my account on line had all but disappeared even though my membership was still live, it turns out name changes when I got married caused some problems, he merged all my accounts and everything was resolved within a couple of hours :)
