An exceptional delivery service
An exceptional delivery service. I was fully informed of date and time of delivery of my sofa. The gentlemen that brought my sofa inside, also very kindly split and took my old sofa outside, ready for collection. They were both friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I wouldn’t normally take the time to thank a courier/delivery service but after the lovely encounter today I felt I had to! I was compelled to say thankyou for the delivery of my sofa today! The delivery men were very polite, efficient and courteous, and the communication was great. Sofa was delivered and set up in my house super quickly and efficiently, even taking away any packaging that came with it. I was kept updated from collection of my sofa from the shop to the delivery text half hour before they arrived. Thanks very much again!

ASB excellent delivery service
The two young men arrived promptly and were very professional. I had been a bit concerned as to whether there would be a problem getting my sofas in as the doorways in my cottage are quite tight and after looking they said there wouldn’t be a problem. The young men set the sofas up in each room without any hitch in a relatively short space of time and left no mess whatsoever. I’m delighted with my purchases from Old Boot Sofas and delivery by ASB, well done.

I had a sofa delivery from this company to say that the service was excellent is putting it mildly, the two men Junior and Neto were fantastic they are a credit to this company. They were kind considerate and even had the curtesy of taking there shoes off before entering the house . Can't thank them both enough.

The team were professional quick and on time. They called and asked if a 6am-8am delivery slot would be ok and I had no issues with having two young ones up early anyway. They arrived before 6am but didn’t knock or call as they didn’t want to wake us. They waited patiently outside I went downstairs at 6am and they were waiting for me in and out in 15 minutes didn’t even wake my children! Thank you! Lovely service.

Form waiving our rights to any damage??
Great guys until they asked us to sign a waiver form in case they caused any damage to our house whilst delivering -said they would not bring the furniture in unless we signed the form -I objected and said I doubt the form was legal so they eventually brought our furniture in without me signing. Never, ever, had this before and will not be buying from Barker and Stonehouse again if they use this company. Thanks for your reply, but you should not be asking customers to waive their rights like this. Has a lawyer drawn up the form? I doubt it as it looked very unprofessional. I am contacting Trading Standards about it tomorrow Thanks for the further update, but our drive is huge and they pulled up on the drive right outside the door. We live in a very big open plan bungalow with wide doorways and access is so easy -it has to be for me as a wheelchair user. So are you saying they should not have asked us to sign the form as we had very easy access? Perhaps you will talk to the team who delivered to us then.

Just wanted to say that the delivery service was excellent i received constant texts keeping me updated and the individual who delivered the chairs was very proffesional and extremley helpful he went the extra mile and set the chairs up exactly where i wanted it. I would definatley order from this service again. Also i love the chairs!
